A fun romp.

Any additional comments?

It's hard to know how seriously the "horror" was meant to be in a paper version. But the narration and sound effects that were implemented to support it take this story to a whole different level. It is a short listen - I laughed aloud the whole time.

Ok, the story sounds like it waa written by a kid, but is is HILLARIOUS! And, Kevin Theis ( A K.A. The world's GREATEST narrator) does an outstanding job, as always!

funny, though I don't think it was intended to be

it's out there, alright... but Mr Theis could read the phone book and I'd listen to him...

I loved this Audiobook.

I loved the old-timey audible add-ons. Throw back to the 30's. I highly recommend this book. Now for the obligatory: I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Prepare to have your mind blown.

I don't know what you are expecting, but this audiobook narrator deserves an Oscar. A moving story of HIDEOUS BLOODTHIRSTY CARNAGE.

A bromance for the ages...

Would you recommend Bigfoot & Frankenstein to your friends? Why or why not?

If you want a good laugh at a ridiculous short story, this is worth it. There's a sort of nostalgic quality to how simply this book is written, but told with the right bit of drama and humor.

What does Kevin Theis bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Kevin Theis is nothing short of a genius. He was able to transform this story of two folklore monsters, in the wild west, and make it incredibly entertaining. From the music, to the voices of the monsters, to the moans, groans, and shrieks of the townspeople as they are brutalized, he captured just the right amount of camp. A short bit of laugh out loud entertainment.

Could you see Bigfoot & Frankenstein being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?

I actually could see this on the small screen. It almost has a cult quality for any Bigfoot or Frankenstein fan.

Any additional comments?

I've read several other books narrated by Kevin Theis, and they always deliver high entertainment value. He's a great actor and a great narrator.

Big laughs and frankly fun

This was a fun ride! The reading and sound effects makes this listen a total blast. If you are looking for something fun with some gore to listen to for Halloween and make your teenager laugh in the car, look no further.

A Really Fun Listen

If you could sum up Bigfoot & Frankenstein in three words, what would they be?

Fun, scary tale. It is a quick listen with a great narrator and sound effects.

Would you recommend Bigfoot & Frankenstein to your friends? Why or why not?

It's a fun story! I liked putting to characters we know together.

Have you listened to any of Kevin Theis’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

He has a wonderful voice and makes everything he narrates come to life.

If you could rename Bigfoot & Frankenstein, what would you call it?

Terror in the Town

My expectations were too high

I expected too much from the story. With the big headliners I just had high expectations. The story was basic it hit the marks for characters and their abilities and the combo of two big horror names. It just wasn’t for me. That being said it doesn’t mean it isn’t for you. Try the sample see if it’s for you. We thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. But the bitter truth we critics must face, is that in the grand scheme of things, the average piece of junk is probably more meaningful than our criticism designating it so. Poor Wild Wilbert

Oh my gosh, this was so corny but at the same time hilarious, I read along with Kindle Unlimited as I listened on Audible, Jeffrey Dale Jeschke did a great job with the pictures on KU and the music and sound effects on Audible...but sorry Bigfoot's sound effects sounded like an elephant. Also Kevin Theis did a great job on narrating....I would recommend if you can to read along while listening, it makes the experience so much more enjoyable.
