great audio to help you sleep!!
It helps me sleep when I have insomnia. I often wake up and have soo many things running through my head, this helps to give me something else to focus on and I'm able to fall back to sleep. Otherwise I often will be awake for hours. With this, I rarely stay awake for the full 30 minute audio. 😄😪😴💤💤

Best Hypnosis Audkobook
I am out within 10 minutes. Go to sleep every night with this one. Don't rush it. Take the time and he diligent. Perfect practice. I have sleep apnea and usually don't remember my dreams. Since I've been using this nightly, I've had several dreams that I can remember. Dreams vivid.

Did nothing for me….
It’s 1:37am and I’m STILL laying here scratching my booty! Listened from start to finish laying in bed in the dark with AirPods and noise cancellation active….still…nothing!
