A great tool for boxing
Boxing has been something I have been admiring and has always love it for my kids. Growing up I was bullied I did not like the treatment. So I will love my kids to explore boxing because I do not want what happened to me happen to my children.This book has motivated me and I am hoping my kids will excel.

Great book!
Boxing for Teens by Leon Maxwell is an excellent audiobook that teaches young people how to master the fundamentals of boxing. Taught the basics well
This is a great audiobook that covers the basics of boxing such as how to move, how to punch, how to defend and much more. Boxing is great for building a high level of fitness and confidence that goes a long way in life. I learned so much from this book
my father was a boxer and I also wanted my son to learn boxing as well. I gave this audiobook for him and he said it was a great introduction and lots of practical informations that he can try at home too. I would recommend to anyone who wants to learn boxing and to get the idea of what boxing is. Thank you!

Great sport idea for channeling a teen's energy
Wow, I had never realized that boxing has so many benefits! I mean the physicality of it (cardiovascular health, building endurance, coordination, stamina, muscle strength, and more) are more evident, but there are so many psychological benefits too that I had never even considered. It's a great exercise to work through stress and anxiety, it teaches you proper breathing (which is a game changer in life once you become aware of your breath), it can boost self-confidence, it releases 'happy' chemicals into your blood stream, and more. I don't think even in my 40s it's too late to start exploring boxing but wow I definitely wish I had known to consider the sport back when I was a dramatic teenager needing to channel my frustrations into something positive! I'm going to pitch boxing to my 12 year old nephew though and see what happens!

Perfect to help my son learn the basics.
I grew up not knowing how to fight, and it always made me feel less secure. I knew I wanted my own sons to have the confidence to be able to defend themselves, and also enjoy a sport that keeps you in great shape. This audio book has been perfect to help me work with my son as he learns the basics of boxing, Everything is covered in really easy to follow instructions, from proper stance and footwork, how to defend, how to move in the ring, how to throw various punches, and combinations, and how to read your opponent. This is an invaluable tool for learning the basics of boxing.

Very Helpful!
When I was younger, my brother has a huge interest in boxing. While listening to this audiobook it brought back many great memories of him and I training together. Other than that, the author does a fantastic job of detailing how boxing for teens is great for their development. Whether it's seeking a boxing career or simply getting in a good workout. This is a high quality audiobook and I wish I had it back then!
