Ditch your teen anxieties to become the best version of yourself and face the future with confidence and excitement!
It’s hard to be a teenager.
You’re expected to act like an adult, but you’re still at the mercy of parents and teachers who treat you like a child. You feel pressured to live up to the label that others have given you, when in your heart you know that’s not really who you are. So many other things make your teen years painful–falling in love and not being loved back, feeling you’re not good enough, being awkward when what you really want is to be the coolest kid in the room…
You’re not alone–every teen feels like that sometimes.
But your teen years are also filled with excitement as you dream and plan for your future. A future where you have the right social skills to get ahead career-wise…where you are your own attractive, authentic self in healthy, loving relationships.… A future where you decide your values and live by them. And you’re in the right place to find out how to start practicing the skills you need to thrive and be a successful adult. Now is the time to get going.
Inside, you will discover:
- Why everyone–everyone–feels embarrassed sometimes and why you mostly shouldn’t
- Four easy steps to meditate your way out of anxiety and low self-esteem in just five minutes a day
- The secret to closet cleaning that will reset your life and give you a bunch of new ideas for success and happiness
- Two bad habits that will stop you from being the best version of yourself and how to break them now and forever
- How to write your own mission statement to deflect the incoming noise from others and find your own true path
- Fourteen tips to become more polite and respectful that will help you get where you want to go in life
- The eye-opening personality test that will tell you things about yourself you never knew but wished you did
- And much more
This guide doesn’t preach or lecture about the right and wrong way to act and think. There is no right and wrong way–there’s only your way. Practice the skills you need now to be a lifelong successful adult. It’s not an option to get left behind and fail to launch.
If you’re ready to start your journey to becoming a successful and happy adult, then scroll up and click the “Add to Cart” button right now.

Unstoppable Mindset for Teens by Rowan Castle will teach you how to build confidence and resilience with his 9 Game-Changing Principles. The importance of routines, cleanliness, and good values are just a few of the topics discussed that will get you to possibly change your perspective on your way to adulthood. This one is a keeper...I think my class will enjoy it too.

-Loved the references and humor. There’s a lot of goodies for adults as well here.
-Appreciated the suggestions to seek parental guidance and support.
-Liked the straightforward descriptions and examples of what constitutes B.S., including all forms of gossip.
-Overall this book offers excellent information and practical methods that anyone can apply in being a better version of themselves!
Dislikes:
-Thought the overly used (adult) word “bullshit” maybe was a good attempt to connect with the teenage mind (as they want to be treated as an adult), but seemed a bit contradictory when stirred in with advice about standards and morality.
-Wondered if giving several items of “homework” could be a turn-off for an overwhelmed teen just seeking perspective rather than more assignments in order become a successful adult…(?)
-Thought maybe using alternative references besides the notorious CDC for health and hygiene would be a little more encouraging; just sayin’ ;)
For whatever it’s worth

I like that the author lays out the 9 principles to ensure that the teen has every resource and knowledge piece available to them to help them through their issues. Such amazing tools are shared with these teens to help build confidence, resilience and authenticity.
I like that the author is not preachy but instead gets down on the same level as the teens to make them feel like they have a friend who is there to help them and not just another adult to talk at them.
Straight shooting information!
