stay positive
Cancer is a terrible disease only made worst by the fact that most treatments are going to make you feel much more sick before you ever feel better. Because of this staying positive can be hard through treatment which is why I enjoyed this book so much. Reminding yourself what's good in the world with affirmations can really boost ones mood leading to a more enjoyable experience even with such harsh treatments. Keep yourself in the right mental zone by repeating these affirmations.

I love that this book gives positivity and control back to those we love who are suffering unbearably in multiple ways.
