I really benefited to listen this audible. It provides a step by step guide on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Workbook for Anxiety. The audio book is simple and easy to listen to and understand. I liked this audio book and would recommend anyone who needs such type of information.

This audio-book works! I am using it right now!!!

I cannot think of anything negative to say about the author. He uses expressions that my sci-fi imagination brain is very comfortable with. He clearly describes mental exercises that are easy to do, and short in duration, meaning, there is no need to climb Mt Kilaminjaro to shut yourself off from the world to practice what he teaches.

A method that most people can understand..........

"Mind Hacking" is a way to re-write problem thoughts and succeed at the goals you set. There are three main steps: being aware of what you're thinking, choosing new thoughts to replace the problem thoughts, and actually replacing those thoughts.
