About this listen

Tom Keeler was done with Alaska, but Alaska wasn’t done with him.

After four months working a fishing boat he’s on his way to a permanent vacation. All he wants is to get back to that girl in Seattle, but there are men following him, which doesn’t make much sense.

Jane Abrams just got to Alaska and she’s got big problems. Her son has gone missing and the police won’t help. She wants Keeler’s assistance but he’s got other plans.

But, when the people pushing Abrams around step over the line, Keeler gets both interested and curious.

They thought that owning the town gave them special privileges. But they never planned on coming up against Tom Keeler.

Perfect downtime companion, if ….

… if you enjoy this genre.

Very well performed. Clear (if obvious) characterization - but that’s a big part of the downtime uncomplicated fun!

It gets much better

If you like Jack Reacher you will like Tom “Keller (aka). The performance for half of the audio SUCKS! However, the director and the voice actor finally get their $h#t together. Fun stuff and ultimately worth the listen.

Reacher Fans will love. Great story, same narrator

I have gone though all 25 or 26 reacher books and just waiting for the next and I came across this series. It's perfect for filling the gap, same narrator as a few of the reacher books and the stories are just as intense and down right awesome. If you love reacher you will love this series

Bad reader Unbelievable story

As usual The story starts out well Even though the hero Has a voice of 50 year old little twerpy man . Then the story becomes totally impossible And employable. I expected more and got less it's not worth reading. Specially don't pay for the audio.

Full of inane details!

Do we really care how a coffee cup feels in his hands or how many minutes on each side salmon is cooked, etc. Soooo much wandering and meandering to disguise a thin and fantastical storyline.
