Must Read/Listen Before Investing
One of the few who don’t try and sell you their “multi-family system”. Very good information. I have listened to many books and this is top 3 if not 1 for sure. Highly recommended before you spend your money on real estate.

Great read for aspiring investor.
Insightful information and experience drawn from the authors journey. Although context is from a developed market, found some approaches worth considering even in a frontier market where I am from. Great read!

very educational!
great book! lots of info and can tell it comes from experience. not going to lie, there are some dry spots with lots of numbers but going back through to run them myself was very help full and one of the things I also appreciated.. after I did it. narration was also very good. it's a lot of data scenarios so it's hard to make it exciting but he is still able to pull you into the story which is an accomplishment of its own. thank you!

Straight forward approach
This book was great. As a real estate investor myself, I didn’t really expect a ton of new info. This book is great for new investors and seasoned investors alike. Mark does a great job of explaining all of the details/potential issues with each subject. He is non-biased about all aspects of real estate investing and offers the pros and cons of each so that the reader can decide which is best for them.

Spot on
I am in multi-family real estate and I am constantly trying to grow my knowledge of this industry. This book was spot on and perfectly informative. Every time I would wish to hear expansion on a subject, the next chapter would do exactly that. This book was a very easy read/listen and a great overview of real estate investing. I would love the next book to be commercial real estate specific.
