I enjoy the author. She keeps her stories moving and is classy in terms of language and character.
I struggled with constantly having to turn the volume down or up. The narrator many times got way too loud and sometimes way too soft. The characters from Italy, well the Italian accent was more like a Transylvania accent. Italians or vampires… hard to tell.
Still the story itself is fun to listen to.

Julia Buckley has crafted another great addition in the Undercover Dish Mystery Series. The characters are well developed and there’s an intriguing mystery to solve.
Ann Marie Lee gave an excellent performance as she brought the storyline to life and gave each character their own distinct voice.
I highly recommend this book and series to cozy mystery fans and look forward to the next in this wonderful series.
