About this listen
Telling the truth could get them killed. Remaining silent could be worse. When Cooper, Hiro, and Gordy witness a robbery that leaves a man in a coma, they find themselves tangled in a web of mystery and deceit that threatens their lives. After being seen by the criminals - who may also be cops - Cooper makes everyone promise never to reveal what they have seen. Telling the truth could kill them. But remaining silent means an innocent man takes the fall and a friend never receives justice. Is there ever a time to lie? And what happens when the truth is dangerous? The three friends, trapped in a code of silence, must face the consequences of choosing right or wrong when both options have their price.

Story
Published as a single novel in 1880; the story of Little Women has never lost its appeal. The semi-autobiographical coming-of-age story follows four sisters growing up in rural 19th-century New England, and the independent and outspoken main character is based on the author herself. 150 years later, the feminist leanings of the female-led narrative still resonate.

Story
It was a bitterly cold day when Arthur T. Owens grabbed a brick and hurled it at the trash picker. Arthur had his reasons, and the brick hit the Junk Man in the arm, not the head. But none of that matters to the judge - he is ready to send Arthur to juvie for the foreseeable future. Amazingly, it's the Junk Man himself who offers an alternative: 120 hours of community service...working for him.

Something is not right in Bayport. After a series of unfortunate (yet harmless) pranks, it looks like Frank and Joe have caught their suspect surprisingly early. Their classmate, Seth Diller, has taken his love of filmmaking a bit too far. But shortly after Frank and Joe confront Seth, there are fresh outbreaks of Seth-like pranks. Except these aren't as harmless. Erin Blake has one of those names. A name that, like Natalee Holloway or Elizabeth Smart, is inextricably linked to a grisly crime. As a toddler, Erin survived for three days alongside the corpse of her murdered mother, and the case - which remains unsolved - fascinated a nation. Her father's identity unknown, Erin was taken in by her mother's best friend and has become a relatively normal teen in spite of the looming questions about her past.

One of the best books I have ever read
This book is one of the most thrilling, God honoring, moral books that I have ever read.
The author has a true talent for writing and I am glad he continues to do so. I love the fact that he always refers back to God, in the good and the bad, and that lies are wrong, but the author tells us what to do if we fall into that trap. We must tell the truth. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone. It has great morals that everyone can learn from. This is great for all ages but I would recommend it for those who are older than 10 if they get scared. It definitely has its thrills.

Captivating and suspenseful!
Both me, my son and daughter have read and listened to this book with intense desire to never put it down until the end! A clean suspenseful mystery of friendships and finding their way through intense situations. There are life lessons to be had with emphasis around lying and the consequences. Great job Tim Shoemaker!
