very helpful

very helpful and to the point on how to improve communication between spouses. he gives great examples on "how to" as well as "not to". amazing short read that I feel will definitely help my understanding of how I communicate with my spouse, children, and even my parents. I plan on reading again. some scenarios are very similar to my daily life experiences with communication or the lack there of and will help navigate through conflict and how to better connect in all forms of communication.
