Realmente ayuda a control pensamientos destructivo
Utiliza un lenguaje sencillo y claro para explicar el paso a paso y lograr vivir en calma en control de pensamientos que no solo te distraen sino te bloqueen tu crecimiento personal. Ademas va mas alla al entregar tecnicas para crecer como persona. Lo recomiendo!

Disfruté este libro por alrededor de dos horas. Es el tipo de libro que quieres escuchar cuando sientes que hace falta superar el estrés para alcanzar paz interior. Me dio mucho gusto leerlo y creo que seguiré las pautas indicadas.

Me cambió la vida
Estaba pasan de por un mal momento de mi vida y fue escuchar el audiolibro y te ves reflejado en el. Es como si tuviese la solución a los malos momentos, de verdad estoy muy agradecido por haber conocido este libro y SE LO RECOMIENDO A TODO EL MUNDO QUE ESTÉ PASANDO POR UN MAL MOMENTO PORQUE ES PURA MAGIA ❤️

Con solo la escucha ya alivia el estrés
Me ha encantado, no solo porque explica claramente las razones por las que los pensamientos recurrentes se retroalimentan y nos producen ansiedad, sino porque también aporta gran cantidad de ejercicios de relajación. Cabe añadir que el locutor tiene una muy buena voz para guiar la relajación.
