really outdated

I like the title and I try to read and absorb as much information as I can about workplace issues. I'm kind of wishing I would have skipped this

Horrible pre-basic techniques

Exams you backs techniques without content. Advice like "listen" in a conflict are amongst the advice.

I wish I had a hardcopy so I could burn it

This book was so awful that I thought it was satire. I'd rather fist fight my coworkers than listen to this shit again.
