Really Great Leadership Book

I'm always suspicious of new books on leadership. I feel like I've read them all. What I found helpful about this book is it supported many of my leadership skills and have me deeper insight into my emotions, especially how to handle myself when I am triggered.

The audio book we've all been waiting for...

This audiobook is such a pleasure to listen to...and it is fantastic! The stories, the practicality, the "omg, my boss needs to read this book"-ness is all perfectly encapsulated in this easy to read tome.

From the self-help to the team-help, it's all here. With relevant, instructional acronyms that actually make sense and actually work, Val Ries has written the book we've all been waiting for.

I could go on and on, but I'll ask you to listen to the book yourself and let you leave your own review. Listen closely and think how you can incorporate Val's ideas into your leadership. You'll thank me later! And your team will too!

Inspired after reading!

This book is helpful to anyone in a leadership role whether you are a new manager or an experienced leader. There are tips and tools that allow leaders to become even more effective in their engagement of employees and ongoing communication with them. You will walk away with both theoretical concepts and practical tools to help you lead more effectively and inspire team members to achieve more. I am eager to put what I’ve learned into practice.
