An awesome book for new managers! Also for managers who feel that they are not making a connection with their team.

As a new manager, I found that this book had some good information. Will definitely be listening again!

I'm a new manager and like so many others I have been put in this position with very little training. This book gave me some tools that I will use to not be a sucky manager. One section that really stood out to me was where he spoke about handling non team player behavior on the job. I personally am not afraid of conflict but I do worry if I'm handling things properly. In that area this book gave me some good direction. The only bad part is that the guys voice can be sometimes hard to listen to. He slurs a little bit. 🤷

Exactly what I was looking for!!!

adequate as a story goes but doesn't keep interest. narrator went monotone and story's weren't relevant in all cases

short

The narration was good. the content was common sense reminders to connect with the team and "not suck as a manager." My biggest take away would be to delegate more.

Good reminders
