mostly solid advice

overall, it is pretty solid advice. I would however point out that there are some sections that are quite ableist and do not take into consideration neurodivergencies and how to manage s somebody who is not neurotypical and manage other folks to our neurodivergent.

Content is excellent

I find it very complete and motivating. Very helpful for new managers. It made me realize also I faced violence at the workplace and how my managers were always bad exemples to follow that denied the situation

Fantastic!

Do not be put off by the title if you deem yourself an experienced manager. It is an encyclopedia with a lifetime of management insights. It is now on my shelf of repeat management books to read.
