mostly solid advice
overall, it is pretty solid advice. I would however point out that there are some sections that are quite ableist and do not take into consideration neurodivergencies and how to manage s somebody who is not neurotypical and manage other folks to our neurodivergent.

Informative and basic
Overall content is basic which is exactly what the title says, however a must read for a any new manager. Content only lightly touches the surface without details. And some elements may be specific in the context of US but not necessarily applicable in other countries.
