About this listen

It's typical of video game programmer Josiah Simmons to be the last one on the plane on the way to the biggest meeting of his career. Though he's (mostly) coping with his ADHD, he can't handle another distraction. But he also can't ignore his rugged seatmate - especially once he learns the military man's a fan of his game.

Ryan Orson refuses to let his severe injuries pause his career as a Navy SEAL. He's got hours of grueling physical therapy ahead of him, and no time for anything that might get in the way of his return to active duty. But that doesn't mean he's above a little first-class flirtation with geeky-cute Josiah.

When a delay strands the pair in St. Louis, they agree to share a hotel room and a night of gaming. Neither expects their new connection to move to the next level in the light of day. Opposites may attract, but is this game over before it's even begun?

Goin back through a bunch of audiobooks I purchased and falling in love with them again. I loved the guys in this book and how they developed. As always love the narration.

Loved reading about a couple that was able to navigate neurodiversity, being differently-abled, and grief/loss. I think this was my favorite!

Amazing

I thought this book was the best of the series! Loved how Josiah and Ryan finally over came the individual fears to make way for their inevitable romance and love!

Very enjoyable series, and the opposites attract going on in this one definitely works.

well written, fun, amazing depiction of what living and loving with adhd is. It is also nice to see the main characters figure out what s relationship is in a realistic manner.

amazing character/relationship growth

I have listed to all of the #Gaymers series and was hooked from the beginning learning about Space Villager and the smart sensitive guys that make up the series. I was anticipating that Josiah would be the subject of this last installment and I was not disappointed. the story pace was pleasantly quick and the love scenes smoldering hot. i was anticipating a HEA for Ryan and Josiah, but the ending was more than I was hoping for. highly recommend this series!

a sweet ending to a wonderful series

I will say that out of the three main stories from the #gaymers series, this one was my least favorite due to Ryan's absolute block headedness. But after some time away I have to say Ryan hits a little hard for me and that's probably why I didn't like him. The issues he has about wanting to be needed are things I understand. And josiah's adhd being a big part of his life was still so relatable that it still shakes me now. I love this book. Thank you Annabeth for writing this.

Even more amazing than the first time
