A good little story. Not too flowery or complicated but OMG the narrator was horrific. Her cadence when talking was so redundant and blah.

At times seemed. Choppy when read. As I continued to listen it seemed smoother introductions of who was speaking each chapter was a tad distracting but overall loved it.

I had to check several times to see if AI was reading these books. There is no inflection in the narration. Monotone… like she is reading an owners manual not a fiction novel.
