Delicious reading! This book made me hungry.

What a wonderful compilation. It really should have been put down as a cookbook. I really enjoyed all of the different techniques that were recorded for the cooking of specific foods that are familiar to this particular area.
They really sounded delicious and it was very interesting how they were prepared.A great deal of work was done to gather all of these together.. I look forward to trying some of them myself or better yet, maybe I wil travel there..

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
