the over explanations are starting to annoy me

every emotion situation or conversation just has to be fully explained to the point where i dont even feel thats how people talk to each other. and they constantly explain how badass they are to themselves and everybody else, or the need to explain every emotion behind every action or reaction. longtime fan of series but this how recent books feel to me. little room for nuance or silent interpretation.
i like the world but hope that part improves can hardly read for long time the breaks to explain just pull me right out of the experience

good

Much better than the last book and I do love this series When I seen this was being released I was disappointed because At 1st it looked like it was going to be another side character type of book like The last one It kind of was but it had the 2 main characters By now you're already a fan of this series so what are you waiting for and just get it

The fight continues

John Conroe did not disappoint us with the The Demon Accords story from the viewpoint of Tatiana Demidova. Her days are busy with meetings, playing with her kids and fighting foes. All the action that you have come to expect, and all the characters are in the story. A fierce battle brings sadness to the Demidova family and the team prepares for an invasion.

Great Series, I Can't wait for the next one

lots of things left to resolve. One of my all time favorite series. Great narration. Now it's a waiting game for the next book.

Love Tania more now than before

The badassary that Tania was before reading this book was already above par. But now, she seems even more badass and yet more “human” than before. Love this series!

Solid book, but some flaws.

I love these stories, despite the constant flood of "You don't know..." or "Surely you can't be that powerful"s.

I have to agree with the complaints on the narration as well. My big one in this series is him randomly calling Okwari with an "R" sound all of a sudden, rather than the proper "L" sound that has been used in every other instance it was read throughout the series. He even has Toni sound it out at one point for crying out loud...

That all being said, I cannot wait for the next installment of the series.

Excellent

If you're a fan of the series you won't be disappointed. The plot leaves you wondering about the next book. Thanks for wonderful escape with characters that are very human no matter their nature.

The dangers are increasing for our band of heroes

It is always fun and exciting to visit the world where Chris Gordon, Tanya Demidova, Declan O’Carroll and Stacia Reynolds live. Each book in the series continues to be engaging and the storylines continue to be fresh. Narration by James Patrick Cronin is wonderful. This book is from Tanya’s point of view. There are more issues with attacks from Faerie, there’s an ancient vampire, and the public opinion about our heroes continues to vacillate. This is the 15th book in the urban fantasy Demon Accord series. I love that Tanya despite having overwhelming powers and being a vampire, still struggles with life and emotions like a normal human which makes her a more relatable and likeable hero. The minor story arcs continue - the twins, Omega, the Vorsook machinations - in addition to the main storyline. Many of the characters from the other books are present in this book as well. The story includes what you’d expect from this genre - fighting, dangerous situations, end of the world scenarios, paranormal creatures, evil masterminds, henchmen, loyal friends and family, tragic back stories, mystical coincidences, snark, and laughs. I will definitely keep reading the series to see what evil beings and plans are thwarted next by Chris, Tanya, Declan, Stacia and the rest of the crew.

Another entertaining Demon Accords book.

Good stuff. Entertaining as usual. Same great Narration we are accustomed to from Cronin.
Constant odd mis?-pronunciation of the word "loa" didn't destroy my enjoyment nor did it cause me to cry that the fantastic Mr. Cronin stop narrating this series. Some reviewers need to relax. Conroe didn't disappoint. Love this series as well as Zone War.
