Good narration, likeable characters and plenty of action made this a fun listen. This is the beginning part of an overall story arc. The end of this book is a cliffhanger. This book does complete an adventure but the story is not complete. Be prepared to continue the series if you want to know what comes next.

Wow, I loved loved loved this. The author's writing is really amazing. I dont want to give a single thing away about the plot, but it was so well written it engaged me to the point I could not put it down and listened to the whole thing in one get go.

The book was amazing in the way it could make you feel like you were dreaming! A book this good could only exist in a dream! Apparently I am wrong, because this book is like a dream while you are awake.

All of the characters are very relatable and the story is unique and engaging. The narrator does an amazing job! Can't wait to continue the series!

The story was intriguing and I wanted to like it but the voices of the characters was HORRIBLE! They sounded like kids not adults. I would probably just read this once I can forget what they sounded like.

Do these authors not know the proper way to tell a story??? Episodic books may be supposed to sell more books, but that doesn't work. I have a list now of authors who know nothing about writing good novels and now Alsop is on my never buy again list!

Another "Author" Who Doesn't Know How to Write Alsop must have
slept through her Lit classes.
A true author knows that a book doesn't just stop in the middle of the storyline. You cannot just say The End!
Maybe her "Who Shot JR" type of ending is supposed to Garner sales of future stories, but it does Not.
Not only will I not buy further episodes, I will not buy Any more books by Alsop.
Too bad, fairly decent story.
