This story has a good story line and an excellent narrator. It is a clean cozy mystery.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT
When a farmer is found dead in his own pumpkin patch, Abby and her tenant Tripp have to find the real killer before an innocent man is put away for life.

MY TAKE
I noticed this book in an ebook promotional email and was curious. I was glad to see it had an audiobook and snapped it up. What a fun story! Alexis Morgan has a talent for writing engaging characters and make me care for them right away. The town is full of fun and interesting people. I love her dog! And Tripp. And the police chief Page. And Ben. Seriously, I could go on. The mystery was solid and how it wove itself in and out of Abby's regular life was well done. The ending was a surprise.

The narrator Coleen Marlo did a wonderful job!

Now I'm off to get the first book in the series.
