Always a good read..

Jeez! The last book had horrible things about kidnapped boys and this book had a main character killed. WTH Jon? You make it so I’m not sure I want to go on with the series. Oh, and let’s not forget Jack begging a drug dealer if the dealer had a little heroin, to take the edge off! Again, WTH?

As you can guess this was all about drug dealers, and lots of killing.

No romance and the F-bomb was used 41 times.

As to the narration: Adam Gold is fantastic when narrating these books.

This is a Good Bad Boy!

NARC is book 7 in the Jack Winchester/The Debt Collector series. This is a super fast paced super intense series written by Jon Mills. Considering the shorter length of these books ( in comparison to other books in this genre), an awful lot gets packed into each book.
As with other series, these books can all be listened to as stand alone books. However, I would suggest listening to these books in the order they are written. There are continuing relationships that make more sense
This book has Jack Winchester taken into custody by the FBI once again. Only this time instead of locking him up and throwing away the key they want him to go to work for them. Because of his checkered past this should be an easy task for him. The monkey wrench in the plan is the agent
In charge has decided to send his lover with him, she is also an FBI agent.
What should have been an easy surveillance job turns out horribly wrong.
Adam Gold does an excellent job narrating.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Why?! 😱

Enjoyed the story, but it was a bit more far-fetched from the others. The ending, though, ugh. So sad.

There's too much action not even close to realistic. Hard to keep listening but did.
