About this listen

Attending King University was at the top of my bucket list. Falling in love with my professor wasn't.

Earning a full scholarship to King University was my hard-earned ticket out of hell. I'm happy to be away from the small town I grew up in and all the equally small-minded people who live there.

King was going to be my safe haven. A place where I could leave the old me behind and finally grow into the young man my family had desperately tried to hide away.

Diving head first into new experiences, new friends, and parties, I didn't expect to run straight into the one thing I wasn't ready for.

His arms are welcoming, his body is addictive and his lips are heaven. Cole Huxley is everything I could fall in love with, except for one problem...I never wanted to fall for my professor.

Contains mature themes.

I absolutely love, listening to this book. The storyline is on point and sucks you into Cole and Elijah’s budding romance. I love the fact that age never plays a role in their relationship. The only thing that of interest is their accomplishments in life so far. I do admire Elijah’s strength and courage to standing up to his parents about his personal life. Mostly I love how they handle their relationship. They have had that communication were honesty and truth were on a pedestal. Above all I love how they both learned from each other.

As a straight female, I have never read or listened to a MM romance. Recently a friend recommended it. I really thought it wouldn't be my cup of tea, but it really was pretty good. I for sure would continue to read these types of books if I find some good ones.

Pretty good!

This audiobook came up on my suggested list because of other books I have listened to. This was emotional, hot and the story was great too. I loved Cole and Eli and the supporting characters.

🔥🔥👨‍❤️‍👨Amazing! The narrators nailed this audiobook

First of all Aiden Snow and Cooper North knocked it out of the park with their narration. This audiobook really shows how the right casting can make a book.
This was a wonderful student/professor romance. Cole, with his confidence and generosity is perfect for the naive but bold Elijah. There were so many parts where Cole just made me swoon.
The writing was beautiful. My one issue was that I felt like I got left with some unanswered questions about so many side characters that I really grew to care for. I'm hoping the next book in the series will shed some light.

Spicy but romantic

This age gap , first time , teacher/ student ( 18+ )
romance was charming and emotional. Cole and Elijah are well crafted compelling characters. A
well written story keeps you engaged and stirs your thoughts and emotions. You can't help but cheers for these guys! Cooper North and Aiden Snow deliver a stellar performance!

First time for this type of storyline.
I felt that as the adult or “older” person Cole should have been more mature in this situation. There were a couple times, the times he put Elijah is jeopardy, that were out of pure selfishness. It was all about Cole. I was so invested in my distaste for him in those instances.
Elijah was such an interesting character and even though naive and having such a horrible home life he was a decent human being. Falling for Cole was an interesting choice for him and I often thought it was more of a missed father figure. We are introduced to his parents and they were horrible human beings so my thoughts I think are wrong.
The age gap is not a big deal for me. My dad was 12 years older than my mom. It was just Cole and his selfishness.
The spice between the men was hot. No denying that.
I’m happy for the two to get their HEA and that they had such a wonderful support group. All the other characters were great for the story and challenging when needed. Bringing more depth and reality to the story.
Narration was top notch.

Interesting story

This was my first “age gap” book and I absolutely loved it. It’s not a huge age gap, but still shows the difference between younger and older, less and more experienced. I felt the connection between Alex and Elijah and was crying at the end. Such a good love story!

Love this sweet story. So happy to see Cooper North back in MM. Aiden Snow as always, also did a great job with the narration. First time, Professor student , HEA. Will definitely, listen to more from this series. Well worth the credit and your time to listen

Sweet story

the sex got repetitive, so the thrill went away. characters were well developed. some of the drama I didn't get. and it was irritating that he called him sweet boy. it made me feel gross for reading it. it's a term I would use for my young son, not a lover, and only made the illicit affair feel pedo.

pretty good
