Gems for all DEI Professionals

Whether you are new to DEI or experienced, this author dropped explained every step from the why to possible outcomes. I heard some things for the first time such as using the C.A.P.E method. C.A.P.E
E should be a common practice amongst all DEI Professionals in order to make the impact you're looking for within your organization.
