A needed resource

At minimum, a great book to spark conversation!
Leadership in Diversity and Inclusion by Eleanor Bowes isn’t a book to make you comfortable. If it does, you’re probably missing the point. I consider myself open minded and unbiased only to learn that most people who view themselves this way often exhibit unrecognized biases that still hurt and hinder, even if unintentional. If you are looking to enhance your leadership abilities and potential by enhancing your awareness, the information in this book is a great start. It will help you grasp and honor different perspectives, which is a good thing.

I loved this book!!
In my workspace, I could slowly tell that so many people were becoming bias towards each other. I quickly found this resource and listened to it, and man I could not recommend it enough! I learned so much about how to counteract that, and create more inclusion between coworkers. 10/10.

Such a Great Resource
I highly recommend this book! For those seeking to improve their leadership skillset and potential, this is the book for you. The author does a great job helping listeners to understand and respect varied outlooks. The stress of returning to work post covid has made this book extremely timely because it offers applicable tools for the workforce that can be used instantly. This book is not to be missed for those who are in stressful work environs. This book will broaden your comprehension of others and bolster your teamwork capabilities.

Leadership a must have skills
This is an awesome book that brings the qualities of what it means and take to be a leader. You may think that you will be a good leader but if you are not prepared by studying other people’s backgrounds, understanding that there are cultural differences it can hinder your progress. The author did a good job in providing the techniques and different ways to succeed. This is an easy to read book and a good companion to a leader who wants to be fair and successful.

Leadership and Diversity are important
When reading this book, I remember my thoughts on the strength of diversity. So many times, people want to stay in their little bubbles, not understanding the vast pool of talent and resources they have access to.
This book is a great resource to help organizations and individuals understand the power of leveraging other people's skills.
