Great ideas!

While I am not a CEO or leader of my practice, I found this book to be well read by the author AND full of great ideas that I can implement personally to be a better “leader” in my group. Definitely worth the time to listen to it!

where can I find the appendix?

very practical book. but there are a lot of materials in the appendix and I cant find it together with the audiobook.

Actionable Tips

David provides a clear, step by step, framework for creating and implementing a strategy for more effective culture within your company. You wouldn’t run a business without a plan to generate new sales so why would you leave culture to chance?

When you take care of your people, your people will take care of the business.

excellent plan and Direction

great book it really helped me get the direction I needed for my own culture plan. I have struggled with this for years and this book is spot-on for helping me set up a step by step procedure to improve the people and process with my company.
