Great Book
This is an excellent book for difficult times, from dealing with difficult emotions, faith, looking on the bright side, maintaining confidence for the future, forgiving yourself, rising above everything and looking forward to a bring future, letting go of the negative feeling and replacing it with peace, seeing the positive in every emotion, self-esteem ad self-confidence to seeing yourself as a whole and worthwhile. There are parts of the book for everybody. Great book...

VERY HELPFUL AND EFFECTIVE
One thing you wouldn't want for yourself or your enemies is divorce. Everyone must listen to these affirmations since they will uplift your spirits and support you in maintaining a positive outlook. Anyone suffering through this is advised to look at this book because it will lift your spirits.
This is a great book for tough times. It covers dealing with tough emotions, faith, seeing the good in everything, keeping your optimism for the future, forgiving yourself, rising above it all and looking forward to a better future, seeing the good in everything, self-esteem and self-confidence, and seeing yourself as a whole.
