Being a mom is an exhausting, nerve-wrecking, and oftentimes thankless job.
When we are not able to take the time to care for ourselves, all those anxieties and stresses we are feeling often affect those closest to us and have a very negative impact.
Raising a child with ADHD or other neurodivergent disorders can certainly make us feel defeated as parents. There is a small group of other moms who can understand what you may be going through, and I am part of that group. Our opportunity to raise these children is a much different path than other "normal" parents. Not only will we have a more difficult path, but we also get to be the moms to some of the most creative and unique kids.
I realized I needed a change in my life, as the more negative my thoughts were, the more I projected the negativity onto my kids and family. Negative thoughts can be just as powerful as positive thoughts, but with much different outcomes. This audiobook is meant to help you convert your negative thoughts into positive thoughts to help you achieve a much more positive life for both you and your family.
These affirmations should be repeated out loud and with conviction. The book is separated into three categories: morning affirmations, bedtime affirmations, and "I need a minute" affirmations. You can always repeat these affirmations whenever you feel the need to, as you can never practice your affirmations too often.
The goal is to to think positive, attract positive vibes, build your confidence as a strong parent and individual, and believe that anything is possible as long you set your mind to it. Remember that situations are only temporary and nothing is permanent.

Positive Power!
This audiobook has its place in society. I enjoyed listening to it, learning and understanding what mothers or fathers can go through with a turbulent child who has problems like ADHD. I recommend it to mothers so as not to lose patience raising a child suffering from ADHD or another neurodivergent problem. My mental health is important is an affirmation that I like.

Every mom needs to listen to this book
First off, the title caught my attention right away. I could tell the author understood moms in this situation by those four words. I’ve never tried affirmations before but these actually really worked and helped me focus on positivity. I liked listening to them before bed (bonus it helped me relax and fall asleep). Thank you!!

Exactly what I've been searching for
I have a child and a nephew diagnosed with a neurodivergent disorder and any support and encouragement I can find is invaluable. I've never been one for affirmations too much, but this audiobook changed my mind. It explains exactly what affirmations are and they're purpose at the beginning of the audiobook so that you know what you're getting yourself into and what to expect. It really did shift my mindset into such a positive way. The affirmations included are great for us parents with clinically diagnosed difficult children but several of the affirmations are wonderful for any parent out there! Even for my older child without a neurodivergent diagnosis, the affirmations in this audiobook have helped me significantly in how I approach situations and handle them. I highly recommend any parent giving this a read. I look forward to listening to it again!

Great affirmations
Motherhood is tough. Especially for those being judged or criticized by outsiders. The confirmation that I am the best mother for my kids, and the repetitive nature of this audiobook was perfect for me. Just like the title says.
