Accessible

I love walking. This both reaffirmed why that practice is so grounding for me and also inspired me to make a stronger commitment to myself. Walking as an act of self love.

Great Walking Companion

I listened to this audio book while I went on my own morning walks. I found the author to be interesting and her tone one that I could relate to. Very enjoyable book. Highly recommend.

Healing while walking!

This book was simply amazing! it was healing for me while I was walking. Felt like meditation to me. Alex Elle told us about this book and we all decided to do Walk to 2022 daily. I'm on Day 9! I definitely see myself walking everyday even after 2022!
