Incredible, take the context and grow, don’t get stuck on disagreements
This book! Wow, while I disagree with the author on some Biblical details and beliefs, the overall or other concepts go perfectly with everything I have been learning about psychology, the brain, trauma and healing. I grew so very much as an individual and a leader, a parent, friend, human! Please listen to this book as I think that everyone should read or listen to this book. Try to consider it like a rotisserie chicken, chew the meat and spit out the bones. This author is brilliant and I pray that people will be open minded to go all the whole way through this and take notes, learn and pray through this book. Even better, go through this book together with a counselor.

A Beautiful invitation back into ourselves
The narration was gentle and lovely, a perfect match to the author herself and the content of this book. We are gently, lovingly welcomed to explore our relationship with our bodies, and invited back into them in small and significant ways.
