Informative read, variety of smoothie recipes
I enjoyed learning about Dr. Sebi and his alkaline diet... or rather, a guide to a healthy eating lifestyle. The author provides a thorough overview of the Sebi diet and a breakdown of fruits and herbs that are beneficial to maintaining nutritional balance. The recipes for smoothies are appreciated—the author gives us so many varieties!
