Taking health to a cellular level
I loved hearing the information on the different types of oil and how they affect the body. The different studies and real-life testimonies referenced were powerful examples. I had previously read a book about eating for your blood type, and this book just reinforced the powerful impact it can have on your body. When I quit eating foods I should avoid, all of the digestion issues I had been experiencing stopped, and I had more energy. A very well-done book packed with great information, and the narrator's energy in delivering the message made it even better.

Let’s get healthy!
I found this book informative and very useful. The author not only tells you holistic ways to detox your body, recommends some supplements and tells you where you can buy them. The idea of blood type triggers for poor health I had never heard before but do believe, I had always heard that if you ate things you were allergic to, it could inflame your joints and cause other problems. I have already gone on Amazon and bought a blood type test kit. I can’t wait to eat foods according to my blood type.
I can’t wait to see the results after I finish the whole body detox. I already know some about holistic spices for health, coconut oil, and other things the author mentioned. So I am sure she is correct and I can’t wait to try it.
