Interesting gut health info

I loved the information presented in this audiobook. It was very easy to listen and after listening to several other health and plant-based health audiobooks it didn't seem like the information I had already listened. I found the information on the gut health biome really interesting.

Love all the science!

TI could really relate to the author's effort to stay healthy by hitting the gym and thinking I was eating healthy and finding my weight go up and down and my health goes up and down. Now I feel myself on a steady path of Health, thank you.

Just Right For Me!

I was dealing with bad eating habits for the past few years and needed some guidance. This audiobook gave me life-changing advice that I will spread with family and friends. This is a wonderful resource, evidenced-based and easily listened to. I follow the author for years, and this is an excellent one-stop source to educate and inform. Both the narrators has a soothing voice to listen to again and again.

This book is really incredible.

This is an amazing cookbook for beginners! If you are new to a plant-based diet and your not sure where to begin, this cookbook is for you. I energetically prescribe this for individuals who truly prefer to keep it straightforward and have an actual existence outside of cooking! Brisk basic and solid!!!

Amazing for plant-based beginners!

This is an amazing cookbook for beginners! If you are new to a plant-based diet and your not sure where to begin, this cookbook is for you. Great recipes and well worth the purchase!!I really enjoyed this book. The information (especially the easy-to-follow meal plans) was easily presented and made me feel that making the leap to vegan eating was a possibility. Surely recommended,

This is a wonderful resource!

Nice bundled audiobook with an amazing Plant-Based Diet! Easy to follow recipes. Delicious! I tend to make the same meats in my Plant-Based Diet, but this Beginner's with its delicious recipes has given me the courage to do whole meals! I enjoyed every chapter of this book.
