Love Love Love!

An excellent resource!

What I especially loved about this book was the in-depth discussion on why juicing is such a beneficial practice to take on-from weight loss to clearer skin to detoxing and better health in general; there is undoubtedly a benefit for everyone. I had tried juicing in the past but I realized when reading this book that I wasn't using the right tools and that's why my juices were not very good and I couldn't stick to the routine. The author addresses many issues that come up so if you have, like me, tried it before but wrote it off, this book will give you a reason or 5 to reconsider. Highly recommend it!

Key to Health

I personally believe the key to weight loss and health is eating more natural foods like fruits and vegetables. It’s not all about macro-nutrients like carbohydrates, fats, and protein, but the micro-nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants…and not from supplements like pills and powders but from natural sources like fruits and vegetables. Though it’s hard eat plenty of them, but it’s made much easier with juices, and this book shows you how. If you’re serious about detoxing, losing weight and improving your health, consider juicing, and start with this book.

Time to get juicing

I live in rural Portugal on the homestead and I have a problem of abundance. A good problem to have of course but it was sad to see all this extra produce go to waste, oranges and lemons grow like wildfire around these parts and my herb garden is overrun with more herbs than I'll ever use. Until now. This audiobook has been great for me to use all that extra fruit, herbs and vegetables to create delicious juices and smoothies for my family and my community. I liked that there is a recipe for all the different types of fruits and I waste no more, my favourite is the detox section great after a few portuguese festas!

Your go to bible for all things juicing

This audiobook has literally everything you need to know about juicing and more. Saved me tons of time looking all over the internet and not really knowing what I was doing. Definitely feel like an expert now and I’m excited to integrate this into my life like I’ve been wanting to for awhile now!

ALL THE JUICY DETAILS YOU NEED

I am an avid fitness fan & so I especially enjoyed this book. The Author brings everything you need to know about juicing to the reader on a silver platter.
I was delighted to hear her discourse on the nutritional value of juicing, with detailed assessment of each fruit & veggie. Finally, it is always exciting to learn new & healthy recipes. Presented here are also which Types of juicing ingredients to use for weight Loss or for detoxing. That’s a Bonus.
This book effectively delivers useful & valuable information about juicing.

I LOVED it

Growing up, my dad made orange juices during winter to get vitamins. Later, he had the idea to add ginger, beats, apple, etc., to make it even healthier. I still dream about his juices. I have learned a lot from this audiobook and found many great recipes. I will definitely share them with him. Juices are quick and easy and full of vitamins and healthy ingredients, so they are something to add to our diet! This book gave good tips and advice on using a juicier and making healthy juices. I recommend this audiobook to anyone: a parent, a student or anyone trying to add healthy drinks to their lifestyle and diet. A must-read, from my point of view!

Take your juicing to the next level!

I've been juicing a little bit for a few years, but never took it seriously. I have just a basic juicer and I make juice once in a while with whatever extra veggies or fruits I have. However, this book made me look at juicing in a completely new way. It's full of great information, and most importantly, how juicing can help with different ailments. I'm also planning to incorporate a regular detox into my lifestyle now. The recipes sound really good and not too complicated, which I like. Overall, it's a great book if you're looking for "tasty" ways to improve your health.

Ingredients are in your Kitchen, to make use of..

Juicing in the first Lane is am eye opener and a big solution to healthy eating to the whole family.
It has clearly explained how to make the healthiest and tastiest glass of juice at home using these star ingredients.
I now know how to buy the best juicer that serves my needs, I was stuck with my old one every expensive but complicated.
I know the main three ingredients my body needs to How to detoxify and most importantly the tips to ensure I get the most juice squeezed out of each ingredient. A must read for all not only over weight people put those who want to keep healthy too. Thanks for a clever researched book.

Juicey!!

I loved this audiobook..it was so easygoing and a great listen. I enjoyed all of the educational tips it shared, and I cannot wait to add some of them to my own routine. I have always been into juicing, and this book just made me super excited to be a little bit more experimental with my juices. Definitely worth the listen!
