Powerful argument and data for taking care of your workers
It’s assumed that taking care of your workers and not laying them off is good for long-term business, but this book gives lots of evidence and support that this is true. Share this book with your business leaders! He touches on a variety of topics, from healthcare to layoffs to work hours and benefits.
