Love This Audio! It It Very Helpful!
Embracing Shadow Work is a must, it is helpful to work with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. It is a must for all individuals since the beginning of our lives was all living in the unconscious. Weather going to counseling or reading and doing journals to uncover this mystery, it is helpful to know yourself better. I found this audio to be very thorough and easy to understand and listen to. I recommend this for sure. Thank You!

This is a well-written book that is exceptional. I adored how this book addressed a variety of topics related to self-reflection, including personal growth and emotional well-being. The section on how to reconnect with your inner kid to reclaim lost creativity and delight was fascinating to read and, for me, one of the book's highlights. This information in this book can even be utilized to heal past trauma. This audiobook is a fantastic length as well. I greatly appreciated

Great way to learn about yourself/find strength!
To be honest, I hadn’t heard of shadow work until recently, and I was a bit skeptical. But this book really has you look at parts of yourself that you might not be comfortable with – your 'shadows' – and use them to grow. The audiobook walks you through how to deal with your emotions in a way that's meant to make you even stronger. The journal prompts and the parts about reconnecting with your inner child are really interesting. This audiobook goes deeper than self-help, asking you to really look at yourself.
