Very practical and full of wisdom!
As someone who has never read anything about Stoicism, I really recommend reading this book. The author has fully explained how to practically apply Stoic techniques in everyday life: self-reflection by journaling, contemplating, negative & projective visualization, dealing with emotions, and understanding death. Every chapter has a promising new experience for me and it felt like I am being prepared to live a peaceful and satisfying life.

Stoicism is helpful in everyone’s Life’s Strategy
The principles of Stoicism are needed in our everyday life to help us keep our sanity. This book is well written with some examples to help support the viewpoints. It elaborates the essential ideas and principles of the stoic philosophy, including many actionable insights. I highly recommend that people include Stoicism in their Life’s Strategy toolbox.
