Pause, and take a minute to appreciate the beauty

The author makes a great point that we often forget to appreciate the beauty that is around us, we often forget to appreciate what’s happening in the moment, the present, in the now and this is robbing us from the life we want to live! Here’s a tip. Pause, and take a minute to appreciate the beauty around you!

Truly humbling!

Listening to this book really humbled me as I imagine how much stuff I’ve not yet learnt and how much stuff yet there is left for me to learn. I thought college was the end of my education. It was just the beginning though. Truly humbling!

Very interesting!

The ideas taught in these 2 books are very interesting! It’s like looking at life through a new lens that should work better than the old lens you’re used to looking at.

Will surely be listening to these audiobooks again

This was one of those books where it really sparked something in me. It sparked a feeling that I needed to change and break through my old habits & beliefs in order to become the person I want to be! I will surely be listening to these audiobooks again!

Buddhism and mindfulness is for everyone, my frien

First off, one doesn’t need to practice the mysticism of Buddhism in order to enjoy the benefits of it. The Buddhism book cuts out all the woo-woo stuff and gets straight to the golden lessons of Buddhism. And second, everybody can practice more mindfulness in their daily life and deserves to live a better quality life. The mindfulness book teaches you how to do exactly that. Buddhism and mindfulness is for everyone, my friends!
