Slowing Down and Turning Around
This book is a really good guide and starting point for discovering tendencies that we may not have been aware of, choosing to do something about them, and turning and unlearning something bad into something good. As well as a good starting point to teach you how to slow down in order to learn a less hectic, more conscious life.

Life changing...really.

Very good actually
Enjoyable, easy to listen to and above all it was fascinating, learnt a lot.

Great purchase
Loads of content which was actually easy to follow (unlike certain other books in this genre).
Good narrator, easy to listen to and understand, which is such as vital component for an audiobook.
Feeling calmer, more in control and happier since implanting the advice but I feel its a work in progress.
My conclusion is I am more than happy to give this a full marks review.

A friend told me to get this package....
...and wow I am glad I did. I needed help with some anxiety issues, shyness etc as well as just wanting to feel more control of my life. Still implanting the advice into my life but 2 months since I got them I can sincerely say I have seen a vast improvement in my moods, assertiveness, social skills etc

Both books very well written.
Narrator was good if a little irritating at times but nothing off-putting.
