Powerful affirmations are the best way to start and end the day. And it hits on some of the things that really touch women, It's like having a great friend talking in your ear and helping you feel the best about yourself. The affirmations are repeated a few times to help them really stick. Also, the focus on self-love, confidence, and overcoming anxiety is a much needed resource for everyone.

Worth It
I recently finished the audiobook "Emotional Self Care & Positive Affirmations for Black Women," which effectively combines two books into one.
