I recently finished the audiobook "Emotional Self Care & Positive Affirmations for Black Women," which effectively combines two books into one. Everyone needs this
Powerful affirmations are the best way to start and end the day. And it hits on some of the things that really touch women, It's like having a great friend talking in your ear and helping you feel the best about yourself. The affirmations are repeated a few times to help them really stick. Also, the focus on self-love, confidence, and overcoming anxiety is a much needed resource for everyone.
