A Must Read for Leaders

This book should be required reading for every leader - new and tenured. Loren did a fantastic job capturing meaningful examples. Her willingness to reveal her own mistakes and growth makes a tremendous impact on this book. As an HR and talent development professional, I felt connected to each story shared and thoroughly appreciated each insight or strategy.

Makes a Difference

I was going between reading and listening to the book as I am on the go. It's so refreshing to have the writer read in thier voice. This book is authentic and real. Loren J Sanders provides a modern viewpoint that many should hear before preparing for the next level of leadership! This is the difference maker.

Managers - read chapter 1. If nothing grabs you then you are either not self-aware or you are perfect.
The author does a masterful job weaving incredibly vulnerable stories with easy to follow ways to apply lessons learned. This is not a dry textbook. You'll be a better manager for reading this.
