SO glad I read this!!
I'm so glad I discovered Scott Allan! This book is jam packed with great information that I'm already implementing to change habits for a happy, healthier life. It's practical, detailed and easy to follow. I especially appreciate that he included the "why" on some of his suggestions, such as the long list of health benefits to embracing the habit of drinking more water. I knew the basics on this, but somehow more fully understanding this led me to greater consistency in this area. Kudos to you Scott! You have me feeling less intimidated and overwhelmed about changing habits!
