Listen more than once

One of the only audiobooks I listen to again and again. Discipline is a perishable skill and it does not take long for it to perish. Excellent book.

An organized roadmap to get in control

The book sounds like a plan for those who lack the skill of planning their daily activities, work tasks, etc. it’s a practical guide to be in the moment and get into the driver seat of your life NOW.

The narrator’s energy is very genuine, sounds like a writer who’s sharing something he’s passionate about.

I recommend the book to the ones who struggle with too many things on their life desk and constant haunting feeling of overwhelmed out of unfinished things.

Good practical guidelines with some reasoning

This book is focused on the different ways we reason with ourselves to not take action and does a great job of connecting the different ways we excuse ourselves with the why (or how to find out your why) and most importantly how to overcome it. The concepts are not new and are clearly pulled from different sources and are given throughout. A worth while resources to reference from time to time. Loved most if not all the different quotes.

I feel attacked! lol

This os a really great book. It has so many different aspects that I liked that it is too much to type. I will say, this book highlighted a lot of negative and/or unnecessary traits that I possess that aren't really helping me in tge short or long run. I do recommend this book to those like me who had gotten comfortable with putting things off.
