What a Lifesaver
There have been days when I could rip someone's head off! Menopause and anger are real things that I felt I had no control over in the most recent years. It even got to the point of full-blown depression for me and I hated everyone! I'm still kind of going through it and am thankful that I found this book because it contains some real healing energy. The advice and information offer a different perspective and give me hope.

Helpful resource for women
I would first like to preface this review by saying that I personally do not have anger issues nor am I nearing menopause soon. However, this book was an interesting listen for me as it was an eye-opener for me to know what other women go through. One day I may be in the same situation as they are. This book has helpful insights, especially on how to transform your anger into something positive, as well as how to manage your overall health during menopause.
Overall, if you're a woman, this book is worth a listen.

Fantastic 2 Audiobbook Set!
I really enjoyed these 2 audiobooks. Women vs Anger was a very enlightening listen for me. It shed a lot of light on some of the reasons I may have been feeling anger over the years, and, more importantly, it encouraged me to take a real look at my anger issues and how to use them to better myself. I had never even considered this perspective before and now I can't stop thinking about it. Menopause Confidential really helped me with practical issues like insomnia and hot flashes. These two audiobooks offer a lot of support and good advice.

Insightful and Enlightening!

As a partner to a wonderful woman going through menopause, I can't stress enough how insightful and enlightening this book has been for both of us. Everything a woman needs to know about this
The narration and book content were fabulous! Everything a woman needs to know about managing their anger and menopause is contained within this book. I loved the examples given of how it affects us and how we can be empowered by it and not just be overwhelmed by it. They even gave little remarks about how it men would handle it if they had to go through menopause. LOL I definitely recommend this book to any woman experiencing or about to start experiencing menopause. :)
