Eye Opener
This audiobook is great for anyone going through menopause. I personally believe that couples should also listen to this book. I am the Husband of a beautiful Nurse, and even though my Wife isn't at the age of menopause I found this audiobook to be very valuable. I have heard the stories from women that is going through it, or went through it, or she is reaching that age. This book has added so much value to my life going forward when encountering women that are going through menopause. I finally can now point those women in the right direction. The book talks about finding support groups, which is something I haven't thought about. Support groups are a great way to get you through menopause. Highly recommended

This was a really good listen for me as I am also in a premenopausal state. This has really given me some great tips to deal with the issues that pop up and help me explain it to my family. I have been lucky so far but this book sure helps me be more prepared for what might come.

Wow, this book has so much great information to help any woman in a premenopausal state or going through menopause. The changes in our bodies are big and knowing how to cope, get through them and understand what's happening is going to make your life so much easier. I would even suggest that spouses or close family members read it as well to help support the woman. I truly loved this book and would highly recommend it.

I bought this book for a friend of mine who had just started her phase of menopause and this audiobook really has helped her throughout this process. A must listen for all women
I was seeing some changes in my body and it wasn’t till a friend of mine, in casual conversation mentioned she was going through menopause. The lightbulb went off and I wondered if I was too. I started doing some research but there’s so much information out there I decided to try a couple of books on the subject.
I really enjoyed this listen. It was full of good information the author has done a lot of research and was very knowledgeable on the information she was giving. I also thought the narrator had a great tone and voice for the subject.
