Awesome collection of recipes! I am really looking forward to using these very creative and easy formulas. Excellent book for a beginner to more advanced essential oil practitioner. Good information on Essential Oils
This is a challenging book to absorb on audio since it's best classified as a reference book. If one is going to consume this book, it's best done in print/ebook form since subsequent references to particular recipes/formulations is best done via indexing. My recommendation is to read this book rather than listen to it.

Very educational
What made the experience of listening to Essential Oils: A Beginner's Guide to Essential Oils the most enjoyable?
I have purchased essential oils from many of our local Green Markets. Most were homemade. I didn't realize until listening to this book that these oils may not have been made from the best quality ingredients. I have found in this particular case that I can only truly trust the quality if I make the product yourself.
Any additional comments?
I really like using the peppermint essential oil while re-oiling the coils on my rebounder (mini trampoline). Now when I use the equipment, I get a nice refreshing smell.

Good deeper introduction to essential oils. Talks specifically about some conditions and which oils are best suited for it. A great starter book that you may refer to again and again until you get a BIG reference book about oils.
