Very insightful

Many problems have been solved before. Only rarely is there a truly new solution.

therefore, if you want to solve your particular problem you should understand and explore the existing world of solutions. Likely there is a proven solution already developed for a slightly different environment. e.g. a coffee shop and a sub shop can use the same buy 5 get the 6th free card.

There are millions of high value applications for Behavioral Science insights. I can't wait to apply the principles from this book!

New Age, Not Impressed

It definitely wants to push new age thoughts to the point it can overshadow some good basic concepts. Hard to listen to.
