Backwards phrase
Where does Exercise Motivation, Weight Loss, and Workout Success Pack - Four in One Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Very good. However I have Law of Attraction, Money and Wealth from this same author and during the guided meditation he says "ready to learn what you have used". I think that is backwards and now I have trouble relaxing due to the mistake. The beginning of this recording is exactly the same so I am guessing he does a cut and paste for that portion of all his recordings. I wonder if my mind cares but I would prefer to "use what I have learned."

Piano music a bit too much
Most chapters have piano in the background, I love the piano but there's something here that I can get past, chapters 7,8&9 are all great though and never make it through chapter 7

Sleep hypnosis
His voice is very soothing I almost instantly fall asleep. The variety of white noise is really relaxing. I haven't really felt a difference other than being able to fall asleep faster but I don't mind I really enjoy listening to it while I sleep.

Not relaxing
There were a lot of harsh tones like piano keys and xylophone or bell type tones that would interrupt my meditation . Also at the end a jarring voice announces you’ve been listing to audible and undoes the relaxed meditation. . I won’t your audible for meditation in the future

Very Relaxing
I don't know about weightloss but I have been waking up earlier from listening to these at bedtime. So, it might be training m ego wake up ealier and have more energy.

To much noise/music
Is there anything you would change about this book?
Bells, Dings, overly loud crashing waves.. Rudely wakes me up. They sound more like alarm clocks than soothing sounds. They need to be more subdued
Would you ever listen to anything by Joel Thielke again?

wakes me up in the middle of the night with the bells and waves and it is difficult to get back to sleep, I have basically stopped listening to it, I cant get woke up nightly and have to go to work on little sleep.

A Good Idea but Not Well Executed
Is there anything you would change about this book?
There may be 4 'programs' in this 'pack' but there are 11 'chapters' and no way to know which chapters do what. It's possible that Chapters 2 & 3 include an induction to running hypnosis (Chapter 2), and then 'more music' (Chapter 3); that Chapter 4 is an induction to a hypnotic training session and Chapter 5 is 'more music' and so on. But there's no way to know without listening to these hour-long tracks all of which at least BEGIN with music and some of which seem to be ONLY music.
I agree with another reviewer that the inductions are confusing as they begin with "now that you're in a comfortable position" and refer to relaxing "once again" suggesting that some part of the audio has been left out. In the two inductions and sessions I listened to, the induction was clearly cut-and-pasted, with only the 'specific training sections' changed.
Other problems with the inductions were that the 'suggestions' for a relaxing place were too controlled by the speaker who clearly had opinions on what a relaxing space might look like - none of which seemed appealing to me - why not let me create my own imaginary space?
The other problem with this 'pack' is that it's seems to be created for sleep, but he includes an ending sequence to wake up the listener BEFORE going on to tell you to fall asleep.
It's called the "Sleep Learning System" - so why wake me up in the middle???
It may be that the best way to use the audio is to find the tracks that actually include inductions, try to relabel them, then train your device to stop the audio after a single track has played and hope that the speaker doesn't actually wake you up by counting down and telling you to open your eyes.

This pack seems like a good idea, just carelessly realized and with no documentation or even audio-instructions to tell the user what's what or how to best use it.

amazing
loved it. I've noticed a less stressed, rested feeling. I feel more energised and a want to get active. I plan on listening over a gain a few times.
