This book has excellent information for anyone looking to get their life back on track. I love how the author incorporates faith into the process of becoming your best self.

At the end of this book, I am left feeling capable and armed with the right tools to change my life...This is a beautiful new and real approach to accomplishing your fitness and health goals; with the help of God and for the right reasons... I'm tired of not feeling good enough for the world but even worse for myself. I'm very excited to implement this new way of not just viewing food but myself in God.

Crazy busy full time physician and mom struggling for years to loose weight. Now I really don’t even think about it. This book open my eyes and help me change focus. I find the website useful as well. I listen to this on audible and sometimes revisit it as part of my fit power hour which is also explained in the book. This has helped me achieve my goals without obsessing about it like I’ve been doing for 15 years. The Bible first and foremost and a handful of other books have really been game changers for me and this is among them. I cannot recommend it enough. As a physician with Alzheimer’s in my family I don’t totally I agree with not skipping meals. I advocate intermittent fasting for all its health benefits. But really minor point and I recommend this book highly. This is one of the only reviews I’ve ever written and I felt compelled to do so :)

It's awesome to find a book whose author really, really lives out what she's telling you to do. This is not always the case. Kim is amazingly fit and she loves Jesus. And I love her for it!!!

this is the first time i have heard about inviting God to walk your health journey with you, and frankly it is refreshing and very welcome! i have started implementing the recommendations about praying before every meal for God to moderate my appetite and have started seeing how bashing myself about my weight does not honour God who created this vessel that is my body. This book is a mindset change and i can already see the big difference its making in my life to not walk this alone, but have God alongside me in this journey. I have thoroughly enjoyed the contents of this book and it has not been wasted on me. My only complaint is that in the audiobook, Kim reads in a very monotonous tone that does little or nothing to engage the listener. i found my mind driffting off to the sound of her voice and had to make a conscious effort to pay attention, else i would miss out on whole sections of her reading. I feel someone else might have done a better job at "animating" the reading, but non-the-less, its still a good book
